Pastor Caren Petfield

I joined the staff at Harvest Time in July 2006. Since the 1980's, my husband and I have been investing in ministries that affect families. Frankly, I can't believe I'm old enough to say that!
Pastors Steve and
Caren Petfield
I met my husband when I was ten years old. I told my mother that I would marry "that Steven Petfield," and that's exactly what I did in 1990. He figures he had no choice in the matter, but truth be told, he's NUTS about me.
Together with our daughter, Samantha, and sons, Derek and Jacob, my family and I are New Yorkers representing the Westchester County side of Harvest Time. We also have an adorable baying beagle named Montana. Pastor Glenn affectionately calls her "Kujo."
I've lived in New York since I was ten years old. Before that, I lived in Anchorage. I consider myself a bit of an oxymoron since I am a Puerto Rican who lived in Alaska. And for the record: No, I do not personally know Sarah Palin.
Along with overseeing the many ministries available to our infants through 6th graders, my husband and I invest heavily in the family as a whole. I also have oversight of The Learning Garden Christian Preschool, am involved in the worship ministry and adult discipleship and enjoy mentoring some of my "sisters of the faith" in their journey with Christ. My passion is to see people lay hold of their destiny in Christ as they walk in "righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." (Romans 14:17)
